As the Senior Field Delivery Manager for Flex you’re taking on a key role. You’ll be providing leadership across the field teams that fall under the Flex umbrella. This will be delivered through a strategic and ‘hands on’ approach to shape and deliver our vision and strategy. In addition, you will need to provide inspiration, support, guidance and development on a daily basis across our field teams.
Reporting into the Flex Delivery Director, you will have direct line management responsibility for the Flex Regional Managers and their Area Teams. Accountable to provide timely and accurate client delivery across all campaigns within the teams remit as directed within our contractual SLAs and client service commitments. In addition, you will support the Flex Delivery Director with ad hoc companywide projects and feed best practice into the wider CPM Field Sales division as required.
You would be great for the role if you have:
• Experience in stakeholder engagement to influence decision makers at all levels
• Ability to direct and control a multitude of people, tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to meet requirements of contact with the Senior Management Team, clients and field.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach, often under pressurised circumstances.
• Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach
• Excellent planning, project management and organisational skills
• A high level of numeracy skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Proven problem analysis with insight and critical thinking skills
