Creative Executive
We are recruiting a Creative Executive to work in our busy Leeds office. Salary is £23,000 per annum. If you have experience creating engaging and compelling visual content, then please apply today!

What will you be doing?
Working within the Activation team, The Creative Executives role is split with 50% of your time being spent creating engaging and compelling visual content including proposal documents, case studies and online training. The remaining 50% will be working on the implementation of sampling activity on the Asda account.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
• Create content which inspire clients to use CPM to maximize their marketing potential in retail.
• Regularly liaises with the Client Service team to take a brief and understand their creative requirements to produce compelling and engaging PowerPoint presentations including business insights.
• Work closely with the Activation team and agency partners to create engaging online training content.
• Designing resources such as case studies, videos and any ad-hoc internal documents.
• Keeps abreast of new technology, Competitor websites and software to improve efficiency, enhance/improve the content produced and stay ahead of the curve.
• Answer inbound calls and emails from the CPM field team resolving any activation-based queries.
• Work with partner agencies on the delivery of sampling campaigns.
• Play a key role within the Activation team, supporting other members of the team when required.
• Any other reasonable duties.

We are looking for someone with:
• Creative flair and proficient in design software such as Photoshop and/or Illustrator
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and excellent Excel skills
• Self-starter with a positive disposition is essential.
• Strong administrative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focused approach
• A multitasking Ninja!
• Due to the fast-moving environment, the job holder will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change
• Retail or media industry experience is desirable.
