CPM are seeking a Human Resource Executive to join our Head Office family on a short-term contract working remotely. We are investor in people gold award winners and are seeking an individual who can assist with HR/Admin duties within our People division. £13.50per hour, 6-week contract, laptop provided.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Generating contracts/offer letters.
• Setting up new starters (uploading onto HR databases, payroll notifications, obtaining references, carrying out inductions & managing new starter documentation).
• Holiday and absence queries from employees and managers.
• Processing of Office vacancies
• Ad hoc project administration – liaison with relevant colleagues to provide administrative support to projects as and when required.
• Monitoring employee Entitlement to Work status to ensure legal compliance.
• Day to day phone, e-mail and face to face queries, referring where necessary.

What we require:


• Previous HR administrative experience
• Strong IT skills; can confidently use MS Suite e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other HR databases (Cascade ideal)
• Well organised, good time management, planning and prioritisation skills
• Can work independently (as well as part of a team) – self motivated
• Can work at pace with high degree of accuracy
• Able to deal with sensitive and confidential information
• Aware of up-to-date GDPR/ Data security protocols
• Good problem solver
