What will you be doing?
This role supports a team of Operations Executives in the day-to-day administration tasks required to run the ‘account support’ function. You will be responsible for data inputting, processing contracts – specifically resolving quality errors, general admin, fielding telephone calls to name a few! This involves working in Salesforce and on Excel so having a really strong eye for detail to ensure that there is a thorough checking process in place is a fundamental part of the role. You will also be required to answers some basic enquiries from field reps and field managers so being able to talk confidently on the phone is key part to this role.

The main responsibilities of the role include:
• To ensure that account toolkits (e.g. Field/Supplier documentation) are produced and dispatched to required standards and timescales
• Maintain effective communication routes between internal & external teams and appropriate supplier contacts.
• To ensure that account equipment is distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery.
• Work with account team on trouble shooting and problem resolution.
• Represent operational team at Field Meetings as required.
• Use relevant Cosine software / systems to maintain effective field support.
• Other duties as required which are reasonably within the scope of the role.

We are looking for someone with:
• Self-starter with a positive disposition is essential.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a multitasking ninja!
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently talk to people at all levels.
• Proven experience of working with large spreadsheets is a key part of the role.
• Due to the fast-moving environment, the job holder will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change
