This is a great opportunity to join our recruitment team as an Internal Recruiter based working remotely but will be in office in Thame after restrictions lift. You don’t need to have Recruitment experience but if you have passion, drive and enjoy working in a super-fast-paced job where you definitely won’t be bored then we want to hear from you! Up to £25,000k per annum pro rata depending on experience. 37.5 hours Monday-Friday

Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Currently working remotely but will move to the office later in the year

The role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role within an in-house Recruitment Team. You'll provide proactive resourcing solutions to your clients (primarily in the field sales arena) and be responsible for having great conversations over the phone/video with potential future talent! Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential. You’ll work as part of a tight knit team to recruit quality talent to agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shortlist applications on our applicant tracking system
• Book in and telephone/video interview shortlisted candidates (5-10 per day)
• Proactively plan your week, managing own workload.
• Write job adverts and decide how and where jobs will be advertised
• Being proactive and thinking of solutions to challenges

You would enjoy this role if you:

• Are currently a Recruiter or Resourcer looking for your next step or to move into an In-House recruitment environment or you have no recruitment experience but have the drive to succeed!
• You have a positive, can-do attitude. We are all about solutions!
• Are passionate about matching the right skills to the right role
• An advocate of the candidate experience
• Self-motivated and driven to find creative and effective ways to source and engage candidates
• You are an expert plate spinner and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You are able to prioritise your workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role
• You are confident with strong communication skills and able to build a natural rapport with candidates and team.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM’s, job boards, CV searching Ideal but not essential.

Essential criteria:

• IT literate – including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Has a good work from home environment with a quite space and good internet speed
• Confident to talk to candidates via phone and video.
