Looking for your next step on the career ladder? We’re seeking a special person to take on an Operations Management role for our multi-brand engagement app,*Shopt. You will deliver a strategic and ‘hands on’ approach across UK and Global markets and shape the vision and strategy of the *shopt team, in addition to providing daily inspiration, support, guidance and development across the team. Salary £50k per annum; Company performance bonus, 26 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year of service up to 31 days; pension; flexible benefits and a great working environment.

What you will be doing?

• You will have direct line management responsibility for the operations and reporting team members and will manage the operational service delivery for UK across multiple channels and supporting Global markets.
• You will take the lead on exploring new opportunities to continuously improve and streamline ways of working to ensure effective and efficient ways are achieved and remove double handling and/or task duplication.
• Creating development plans, operational support requirements, supporting testing requirements, roles outs and impacts to operational and reporting team resource.
• Strong leadership in project managing an off-shoring trial in relation to image recognition, providing operational direction on requirements, reporting outputs vs agreed SLA and continuous improvement for efficient and effective working.
• Owning the financial end to end process to ensure all retailer payments and client invoices are raised and payments are aligned to SLA guidelines.
• You will own and manage the Operational element of this solution, working collaboratively with other markets to deliver best in class service delivery to all stakeholders.
• You will take ownership for GDPR compliance management across the *shopt team to deliver vs statutory and CPM company-wide requirements.

• Fully proficient in MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar business reporting database.
• Convenience retail knowledge is desirable.
