Ready for your next challenge? CPM is looking for a Project Co-Ordinator to join the Lucozade Ribena Suntory account. You will be working from home providing support to field and head office teams and ensuring projects run smoothly across the account. £24500 annual salary, 10% annual bonus +company car and flexible benefits.
Ideal location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9
You will need to be able to attend meetings at CPM OX9 3PG and LRS HO UB11 1BA, with occasional travel to national meetings all over the UK.
In a typical day as a Project Co-Ordinator you will:
• Coordinate workstreams, building relationships with key stakeholders, resolving issues and ensuring projects are delivered in line with Plan
• Support capture of Field Team reporting and collation of retail insight and feedback weekly
• Successfully define and execute projects to agreed schedule
• Reporting into the Senior Client Service Manager, you will play a key role in all aspects of client delight
What are we looking for?
• Flexibility to travel for accompaniments, proposals, meetings etc.
• Highly proficient in Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint
• Highly organised with effective time management.
• A relentless & tenacious approach to both the role & your own development.
• Knowledge of the soft drinks category and retail landscape would be beneficial.
• Experience in a role in which you have relied heavily on your communication skills and ability to meet strict deadlines in line with procedures and policies.
• Experience in a role in which you have worked as an integral part of a team and needed to support each other in order to achieve strategic objectives and task orientated role
