Do you have general DIY experience and have a proactive approach to work? We have a great job for you, join our team in Thame in Office Maintenance. £28k OTE (£22- £24k depending on experience + £4k call out) per annum, plus a company bonus scheme, great benefits package.

Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Candidates need to live within 10 mins away from site due to being on call for the site.

CPM are an award-winning Field Marketing agency and we are looking for a Diligent, self-motivated Office Maintenance/ Site Maintenance Worker to manage office maintenance as part of our Thame Site Team. As part of a team you will be tasked with the opening and closing of the office and ensuring the Site is safe, secure and maintained. You will be required to deal with any maintenance issues/requests within the Thame Site and will also be required to act as a Site First Aider and Fire Warden.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Maintenance Worker:
• Proactively identify problems on site and pre-empt any requests where possible.
• Maintain the buildings and outside areas ensuring they are clean and safe.
• Liaise with contractors when tasks are outside of internal scope ensuring work is completed to standard and cost effectively.
• Take ownership of the Site Maintenance Schedule ensuring regular tasks and seasonal maintenance is completed to plan, i.e. outside bench repair, car park maintenance, gritting areas in the event of snow as well as general
• PAT testing (training provided if required).
• First Aid and Fire Marshall duties – attending training to keep up to date
• Key Holder - Open and close the office as per the rota ensuring the appropriate safety checks completed

What skills are we looking for?
• Highly accountable, conscientious, and diligent.
• Confident communicator skills, dealing with suppliers, Staff and Site visitors
• Self-sufficient, proactive, and able to manage own work.
• Strong team player.
• General DIY experience is essential including experience in plumbing and electrics would be highly desired
• First Aid experience/certification preferable.

Special Features
• Some flexibility with working hours will be required in line with business needs. For
example, coming in earlier than shift in the event of snow to grit the car park.
• Be on call in line with the rota to attend to any on Site emergencies as required.
• 40 hours a week on shift between 6:30am - 6:30pm, PLUS on call
