What will you be doing?

The Assets administrator is responsible for working as part of a team to ensure the smooth set up and management of all field assets including tablets, mobiles etc. This role supports a team of Operations Executives in managing the large & varied portfolio of assets across all of our client’s field activities.
Although the role will be focused on assets there may be occasions were due to client priorities and/or workloads that you will be required to support on other administration tasks.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Setting up devices to the required ‘high’ standard ready for the field user.
• Asset life cycle management, ongoing tracking and maintenance of devices
• To ensure that account equipment is distributed, and asset management is completed in support of service delivery.
• Briefing materials and supporting kits are produced and dispatched accurately and on time
• Booking of travel and accommodation
• Processing of wages and expenses
• Ensuring the field have access to the equipment and information to do their job
• Other support services to enable team to deliver in the field including answering day to day queries and supporting the organisation of team meetings

We are looking for someone with:

• Self-starter with a positive disposition is essential.
• Proven problem-solving skills and a multitasking ninja!
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently talk to people at all levels.
• Proven experience of working with large spreadsheets is a key part of the role.
• Due to the fast-moving environment, the job holder will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change

What you will receive:

• £19,000 per annum pro rata
• 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
• 26 days + bank holidays
