We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive that is experienced in online, offline, social, digital, and traditional media marketing to increase CPM’s brand recognition through both organic and paid channels.
Up to £40K DOE, plus a generous company bonus scheme in operation.

In this role you will:

-Develop an understanding of the target audience and successfully activate the annual marketing plan using digital and offline media channels
-Positively promote CPM’s brand across social media channels, gaining followers, increasing engagement, and increasing positive sentiment.
-Manage paid online marketing campaigns and report results using a range of digital platforms.
-Manage and schedule content including video for social media channels and produce top-line monthly reports for management, with an awareness of budgeting deadlines.
-Write engaging, positive, and helpful content for both online SEO, and print media.
-Update and maintain website content.
-Always ensure consistent adherence to Global brand visual identity
-Build strong relationships across the business and provide proactive support as needed and clearly communicate marketing objectives
-Analyse and monitor competitor marketing activity and share insight with wider teams

Skills Required:

-Demonstrable record of success in a traditional and digital marketing role.
-Excellent storytelling skills which demonstrate energy, creativity, passion.
-Knowledge of conducting research and evaluations.
-Planning and creation of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns
-Knowledge of paid social media campaigns for business purposes and reporting success and failures of social media campaigns
-The ability to drive online success with support, ideas, and creativity at all stages
-A highly organised individual who can coordinate multiple projects and get involved in hands on delivery

Experience required:

-Someone who’s experience has been gained through B2B brand marketing primarily in an agency and/ or brand environment.
- Knowledge of video production for social, content creation and multiple media platforms.
-Educated to Degree level and have a good understanding of marketing fundamentals.
-Previous marketing experience for 2+ years.
-Able to reword copy content to optimise selected key words.
-A highly organised individual who can coordinate projects and get involved in hands on delivery.
-Good understanding of SEO with the ability to research suited key words
-A track record of supporting writing successful bids with significant financial value would be desired but is not essential.
