We are currently looking for a shared services communicator to join are contact centre team based in Thame. What will I be doing?
As a shared services communicator you will be working across 4 different campaigns providing an exceptional customer service across a variety of channels including telephone calls, emails and live cha, by responding to enquiries and complaints in a timely manner ensuring all issues are resolved effectively and positively.
Administration task will also form a core part of your role, with daily tasks including updating spreadsheets, sending email responses, post, compensatory vouchers etc.
With the support of your Team leader, wider team members and bespoke training programmes you will become a product expert which will unable you to meet customers needs and all SLA’a and KPI’s.
