We’re looking for a brand advocate who can support Diageo on-trade outlets for technical support. Handling email and telephone contacts (& other digital channels) to provide an exceptional experience by becoming a product and technical expert on Diageo’s draught products.  You will work as part of a team providing expertise and advice to customers and stakeholders through superior customer service skills.  You will have the opportunity to spend time in the field and the office with a Diageo engineer to learn the Guinness quality processes and in-depth ‘bar & cellar’ set ups to diagnose faults and provide resolution.  Hybrid role, offering office and home working, £19870.00 pa

Working days: Monday to Friday shift pattern between 9am - 6pm, working a Saturday & Sunday every 3 weeks (reduced hours on a Sunday)

 The role of customer service advisor:

  • You will be engaging with customers, providing them with a memorable and positive experience.
    You will ask questions and listen to fully understand their needs and suggest an appropriate resolution to their issue
  • You’ll have the presence to proactively build positive relationships over the phone and through digital channels, advising next best course of action to drive a solution.
  • You’ll become an expert on Diageo’s draught products, diagnose the issue and provide a resolution through knowledge & support tools.
