This is a great opportunity to join our recruitment team as an Internal Recruiter based in our Thame Head Office. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this would be a great career move for you. £25k per annum + company bonus scheme; 26 days holiday per year (plus Bank Holidays) rising by 1 day per year up to 31 days. Pension, on-site parking, canteen, staff discounts and regular opportunities for training and development. Hours are 37.5 hours based over 5 days Monday-Friday.

The role:
This is a challenging and rewarding role within a forward-thinking in-house Recruitment Team. You'll provide proactive resourcing solutions to your clients (primarily in the field sales arena) and be responsible for the end to end recruitment processes. Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential. You’ll work as part of a tight knit team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build strategic partnerships with your internal clients updating them regularly.
• Proactively plan ahead, managing own workload.
• Develop effective solutions. Leverage all relevant opportunities and avenues for candidate generation, using agreed budgets to source the best candidates.
• Write job adverts and decide how and where jobs will be advertised
• Become the expert for your area, staying abreast of market trends, providing clients and the recruitment team with insight and advice.

• Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary

Essential criteria:
• IT literate – including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, CV searching and experience using social media for recruitment
• Full UK driving licence
