Looking for your next management opportunity? Join our CPM field team leading as a National Field Manager and represent the market-leading soft drinks brands from Lucozade Ribena Suntory. Salary starting at £34,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus + company car.
Ideal location: Sheffield, United Kingdom, S1
Territory covering: England, Scotland, and Wales
What will you be doing?
• Work with the Client Service Manager to deliver the LRS Convenience and Foodservice strategy through the national field team
• Employ strategic planning and a commercial approach to the field team ways of working
• Lead, manage and inspire the regional field management team to execute the LRS Strategy and objectives to ensure KPI achievement to drive maximum ROI
• Financial control in line with budget requirements
This would be a great National Field Manager role for you if:
•You have previous sales and field management experience, specifically within FMCG, convenience, or foodservice.
.•Share knowledge and best practice and encourage people to learn new skills, creating opportunities for development
•Maintain a confident and optimistic outlook at work,
•Use many methods to gather information, both formal and informal, and have a strong network of contacts outside of the account.
