CPM are an award-winning Field Marketing agency and we are looking for someone who will work within the Site services team.

Working in Site services, you will be responsible for administrative support for site related queries, using filing systems and planning & facilitating site events & initiatives in line with agreed standards and procedures. You will be working with the Site Manager and Team Leader.

Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9
Pay: £21-25K DOE

(Candidates need to live within daily commutable distance to the site.)

Key Responsibilities of the Site Support Executive:
• Administrative support for all site related areas as required. For example, raising purchase orders and ensuring supplier invoices are processed and tracked in a timely way.
• To ensure inbound email/telephone queries are dealt with to required standards and timescales.
• Ensure electronic and physical filing systems are organised and maintained.
• To review, improve and document current working practices and procedures.
• Ongoing management & procurement of suppliers.
• Arrange and manage on site contractor work.
• Planning & facilitating site events & initiatives.
• Proactively provide & implement recommendations for efficiency and improvements.
• Ownership for the planning and delivery of site projects.
• Support with daily, internal on-site requests using a customer focused approach.

What skills are we looking for?
• Previous experience in an Administration or Customer Service role.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in a site/facilities role.
• First aid and Health and Safety qualifications would be desirable

Working pattern:
• 37.5 hours per week, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
• Additional hours may be required as necessary.
