We’re looking to recruit a Data Analyst to join our CPM team. Salary up to £30k per annum DOE, 26 days holiday plus bank holidays and 1 day extra per year of service up to 31 days. Buy/sell holiday scheme for an additional 5 days; Pension scheme, Life Insurance and Employee Benefits & Discounts portal (discounts from a wide range of retailers plus much more!)

Working within our team your role will be to provide Account Managers, the client and field teams with data. With this, you will deliver insight and add value to the data & reports helping drive the performance of the field teams and helping to retain and grow clients.
You will work within the wider team and business to deliver improves reporting services. This role plays a key part in delivering the vision and strategy got the CPM way of operations and reporting.

• Are proactive and innovative thinkers and problem solvers with a can-do attitude
• Have excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Are fully proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Are highly skilled & Advanced in Excel with very good attention to detail
• Have knowledge of database and reporting systems – Salesforce is desirable
• Have the ability to learn and understand new software and systems, as well as adapt to new and changing technologies and environments.
• Have experience of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Knowledge of SQL is also desirable.
• Have experience of working with, manipulating and presenting data
• Have good interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach.
