Looking for your next step on the career ladder? We’re seeking a special person to take on an Operations Management role in our Leeds office. Supporting the Senior Activation Manager in the day to day delivery of all in-store activation across branded sampling in Asda and other retail accounts. Salary £32k per annum; 26 days holiday increasing by 1 day per year of service up to 31 days; Non contributory pension; Company bonus scheme; flexible benefits and a great working environment.

What you will be doing?

• Working closely with CPM’s Media Agency to ensure all activity is delivered on time and to the standard required
• Ensuring that all deadlines in the operational delivery of in-store activity are met by both yourself and your team
• Stakeholder management - working closely with the wider team and suppliers to ensure effective processes are in place and
• Line management of 3 Activation Executives, providing developmental guidance and daily support, including being the point of escalation and covering work during holidays and sickness
• Supporting and working alongside the Activation team to ensure a one team approach and delivery of all KRA’s.
• Ensuring all essential information and updates for sampling activities are communicated to the field team accurately and on time
• Supporting ad hoc tasks as requested by the Senior Activation Manager
• Key contact for the team in the absence of the Senior Activation Manager

• To be creative and innovative when troubleshooting and brainstorming
• Due to the fast-moving environment, the job holder will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change
• Good knowledge of MS Office packages (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
