We’ve a brilliant opportunity to join CPM to work on behalf of Asda in their office in Leeds. The Activity Planning Co-ordinator/Administrator role sits within the Activity Management team that forms part of Marketing Operations. As part of this team you support and enable great work through simple, effective and collaborative ways of working. This is the team that makes it happen! Up to £23k depending on experience.

The Ins and outs:
As the Planning Co-ordinator/Administrator you will support the Customer Programme Manager on delivery of key meetings and content across the customer floor, managing deadlines and finding efficiencies in ways of working for the entire team.

Your Responsibilities:
• The co-ordinator/administrator supports the Customer Programme Manager on key forum organisation, weekly packs and ensuring teams have submitted content on time.
• Own the timings and agendas for Creative and Strategic Walkthroughs (sign off forum). Management of the customer process working with PAs of our leadership team, the Customer Programme Manager and activity management team and all functional teams who book slots onto these forums.
• Own the structure and permissions of Customer SharePoint for the entire customer function.
• Support the activity planning team on squads, walk-throughs and other forums where actions must be taken when required.
• Manage deadlines, delegate, and follow up actions on innovation ideas on behalf of the leadership team.
• Find and escalate efficiencies and improvements in the process owned by the marketing operations teams to the Customer Programme Manager.

• An experience of marketing would be ideal but is not essential.
