CPM have an amazing opportunity for an Activation Executive to join our team based in Leeds (work from home currently)
We offer a great package including a salary of up to £21,000 (DOE) working hours of 9am-5pm Monday- Friday and an excellent employee benefits package including 26 days Holiday.

Reporting to the Activation Manager, the Activation Executive is responsible for ensuring that internal teams and agency partners have the information required to implement POS in store each week. Store visits are carried out by our hybrid team of both contracted and tactical colleagues, this role will work closely with the Field Managers to support them to meet our SLA’s implementing the POS on the correct day and to the correct standard.

You will be working on behalf of our client Asda, managing media implementation from the point of receiving a brief and generating call files to allow the scheduling of store visits and the delivery of POS into store by our logistics partners, through to instore execution of the activity.


A day to day life in the role includes:

• Work with the Client Service Team on any new requirements or refresh activity on SBP and support the team working on AMI (Asda Media Implementation) when needed.
• Use data provided by the Business Intelligence team to create call files which are loaded to allow colleagues to be booked into store visits and order matrix to inform our logistics partners of the POS requirements.
• Produce weekly colleague briefing documents
• Handle to resolution any queries from client, agency partners or internal stakeholders.
• Answer field colleague calls and manage any queries to resolution.
• Update HR and recruitment systems with any new vacancies and leavers
• Attend external and internal client meetings.
• Salesforce- updating documents to Salesforce on a regular basis
• Handle inbound info line calls and keep the call log tracker up to date
• Source bespoke equipment on an ad-hoc basis
• Deal with inbox enquires or direct them to the appropriate person/team
• Support the sampling team with the planning of sampling activities when required.

• You have experience in a similar role dealing with large databases and liaising with clients in a fast-paced environment. This role has a high focus on administrative duties so having a Good knowledge of MS Office packages (PowerPoint, excel and word) Excel skills are essential
• You are a Self-starter with a positive, can do approach to the role.
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
• Ability to be a proactive, forward thinker, who can provide logical, workable solutions quickly
• Interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach
• Ability to direct and control a multitude of tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Due to the fast-moving environment, you will need to be flexible and able to adapt to change
