This is a great opportunity to join our recruitment team as an Internal Recruiter based working remotely but will be in office in Thame after restrictions lift. If you have Recruitment experience and enjoy working in a super fast-paced job where you definitely wont be bored then we want to hear from you! Up to £25,000k per annum pro rata depending on experience. 37.5 hours Monday-Friday

Ideal Location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9

Currently working from home and will move to the office later in the year

The role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role within an in-house Recruitment Team. You'll provide proactive resourcing solutions to your clients (primarily in the field sales arena) and be responsible for having great conversations over the phone/video with potential future talent! Great teamwork and collaboration with your colleagues and line manager will be essential. You’ll work as part of a tight knit team to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write job adverts and decide how and where jobs will be advertised
• Shortlist applications on our applicant tracking system
• Book in and telephone/video interview shortlisted candidates (5-10 per day)
• Proactively plan ahead, managing own workload.
• Being proactive and thinking of solutions to recruitment challenges
• Become the expert for your area, providing the recruitment team with updates and solutions
You would enjoy this role if you:
• Are currently a Recruiter or Resourcer looking for your next step or to move into an In-House recruitment environment.
• You have a positive, can-do attitude
• Are passionate about recruitment and matching the right skills to the right role
• An advocate of the candidate experience
• Self-motivated and experienced in finding creative and effective ways to source and engage candidates
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to prioritise your workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role
• You are confident with strong communication skills and able to build a natural rapport with candidates and team.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within the team and support with ad-hoc tasks where necessary

Essential criteria:

• IT literate – including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Has a good work from home environment with a quite space and good internet speed
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems or CRM’s, job boards, CV searching Ideal but not essential.
• Reading CV’s and shortlisting talent
• Confident to talk to candidates via phone and video.
