We’re seeking a special person to take on a fixed term Operations Management role within our consolidated operations HUB. In this "hands on" role you will have direct line management responsibility for a group of Operations Execs and Administrators and will manage the operational service delivery across a group of client activities. You will be accountable to provide timely, accurate and best in class operational delivery to agreed standards in addition to providing daily inspiration, support, guidance and development across the team. Salary up to £35k depending on experience, up to 26 days holiday (pro rata); pension; flexible benefits and a great working environment. Fixed term until 31 December 2021

What you will be doing as an Operations Manager?

• You will have direct line management responsibility for the operations team across multiple channels
• Working as part of a wider operational management team, you will support the other Operations Managers with ad hoc company wide projects and provide cover on Business process improvements where needed
• Lead, motivate and develop your team to ensure they meet objectives.
• Be responsible for stakeholder engagement, supporting the team with escalation.
• Conduct and deliver timely team reviews against the internal framework.

• Ability to influence decision makers, at all levels.
• Ability to direct and control a multitude of people, tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative approach, often under pressurised circumstances.
• Excellent interpersonal skills together with a strong customer focused approach.
• Excellent planning, project management and organisational skills.
• A high level of attention to detail is also required.
• Proven problem analysis with insight and critical thinking skills.
• Proven experience of people management, motivating teams and using a structured approach to performance management.
• Fully proficient in MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
