We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our Kia automotive customer care team based in our Thame contact centre. As a Customer Care Agent you will handling queries form customers through a variety of different channels including, in bound calls, email, live chats and social media platforms. You will provide exceptional customer service ensuring that each communication is dealt with quickly and professionally creating a loyal customer base.

Through training and on-going development you will become a Kia expert enabling you to engage with customers, understand their needs and provide a solution swiftly and successfully, in accordance with our stringent quality standards.

Working on various areas to support our customers and external partners, your day to day responsibilities will include, answering calls to assist with issues that may occur with our products, managing and responding to requests for updates via the web site and raising complaints with our case managers when they require a more in-depth investigation.

A key area of your role will be to research, investigate and identify the root cause of the customer enquiry to enable you to then decide and ensure the appropriate response/resolution is implemented. You will need to take a proactive approach and ensure that the CRM system is fully updated with actions taken

What we offer:
• Salary of £17,000 (rising to £18,000 after 12 months)
• 37.5 hours a week to be worked Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 7pm (Shifts) , Sat 9am – 1pm on a shift basis
