A fantastic opportunity for a Telephone Account Manager working for CPM on behalf of Asahi UK Ltd has arisen.

DO YOU POSSESS TELEPHONE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE? You need to be ambitious and energetic with a commitment to delivering results, sales or industry experience who can demonstrate a real passion for the brands and the sector. Above all you need to be passionate about working with Asahi!

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of outlets ensuring the brands stay pouring on the bar and eliminate competitor threat. In addition, you will be identifying new opportunities for other Asahi products to be installed in the outlets where relevant to send warm leads over to your Area Development Manager to install.

You would enjoy this role if you are:

• Able to build and maintain rapport over the telephone with customer base and face to face with colleagues and clients
• Compliant with completion of CRM and use of data captured from previous calls to bring insight to the call
• Ask appropriate questions using relevant questioning techniques
• Expertly handle objections
• Educate and train owners, managers and staff to include product training to ensure lager quality and perfect serve over the phone.
• Read buying signals to close a sale
• Talk confidently to the Managers about category trends and use Sales Toolkit data where relevant to add value and insight
• Responsible for making outbound calls to a variety of people and to make contact with the business owner or ‘Decision Maker’
• To maintain a high standard of productivity at all times
• Remain pro-active in meeting quality procedures, contributing suggestions to improve efficiency and effectiveness and highlighting immediate or on-going issues
• Highly motivated with a drive to sell, achieve and exceed target
• Ability to adapt style to be able to maximise engagement with outlet staff
• Good interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Asking appropriate questions to ascertain customer needs
• Able to work under pressure and to meet challenging targets
• Takes ownership of their own actions and personal development
• Resilient and determined approach to work with excellent customer focus
• Excellent rapport building, influencing and organisational skills
• A strong passion/desire to be ‘the best in class’
• On – Trade Bar experience is an advantage
• Previous experience in a B2B telephone account management role.
