What will I be doing?
Your role will be to respond to customer sales queries quickly and effectively to generate sales and revenue for the client Royal Mail. You will need to be a product expert and bring the highest levels of motivation to exceed your customers’ expectations, providing an experience which is second to none. You will constantly seek to deliver and exceed targets, have a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations and resolving their issues and have a high drive for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your role will be to maximize new revenue opportunities and deliver key initiatives. You will be required to work closely with other teams and divisions within Royal Mail to deliver an area sales plan.
This is a fast-paced environment which requires the ability to embrace ongoing training and development.
Employment in this role is subject to a CRB check.
Although the opportunity is initially a 6 month contract, there is real opportunity to develop within the role and extend this to a more permanent role.

You would enjoy this role if you have/are:
• Experience within a sales and service role ideally within a contact centre environment
• Proven track record of consistently over delivering against targets
• Good administration, planning and organisation skills
• Good level of verbal and written communication
• Experience of pipeline management would be desirable
• Educated to GCSE/O-Level standard including Maths and English
• Able to build effective working relationships with both your team and external client team
• Able to demonstrate that you live CPM’s values, possess strong self-belief, able to self-manage and constantly drives for improvement

£20,500 basic salary plus performance related bonus (pro rata) 6 month contract (with possibility of extension). Plus, a generous paid holiday entitlement. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday between 08.00 – 17.30 & Friday between 08.00 - 16.15. Free parking, great public transport links.
