What will I be doing?
As a Training Administrator supporting our Bentley Retailer Academy training function, you will be responsible for communicating with participants and assisting in the smooth delivery of training courses across the globe.
In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.
Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are well communicated, well attended, tracked and run smoothly.
The role will involve travel to visit retailers and /or support Bentley events.
The three Key Areas will be:-
1. Event Support: Retailer Academy deliver multiple events per year to support with product launch activities. These events are delivered across the globe, we require pre-event support to ensure retailers have completed all required actions before they attend the event.
2. Curriculum support: Retailer Academy offer a range of curriculum courses for technical and non-technical roles globally. Support required to ensure delegates complete all pre and post training requirements to ensure global training standards are achieved.
3. Inbound call provision: The priority for 2019 is the provision of outbound call services to drive completion standards of courses and events
Submit tracker reports on training activities and results
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Language skills – German and English (oral and written) is an essential part of this role .
• Previous experience with a luxury brand.
• Proven experience as a Training Administrator or similar role.
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Delivering world class customer service.
• Data analysis.
• Retailer knowledge (preferred)
• Outbound call operative experience (core)
• Event co-ordination background (preferred)
