We are seeking a Telemarketer with excellent customer sales experience to work on a 6 month fixed term contract in our lively call centre based in Warrington. We offer a competitive package including a salary of 18,500 (pro rata) with up to £3,500 commission available based on performance (pro rata).

What will I be doing?
As a telemarketer you will be instrumental in supporting the client in building and growing their UK Customer base. Working in a B2B telephone sales environment you will be responsible for calling a provided prospect base, successfully navigating the business to identify and speak to key decision makers and using highly effective questioning to understand their current and future needs. You will then need to identify the relevant opportunities and work with a field colleague to arrange a time for them to meet the Customer face to face where applicable.
You will constantly seek to deliver and exceed targets, have a strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations and have a high drive for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Attention to detail will be essential as you will be using the Clients CRM to build an opportunity pipeline through assessments of prospects, gathering information on current needs and competitors to be added back to the CRM accurately and the generation of valid opportunities against a defined criteria. The information you update on the CRM will be key to driving the ongoing marketing strategy so it needs to be right first time, every time.
You will be required to represent the voice of the customer by feeding insight back into the business to build better customer solutions for the future and help shape internal processes to develop a best in class solution for our client.

• Are highly competent at navigating a CRM quickly and efficiently
• Possess good administration, planning and organisation skills with incredible attention to detail
• Can build effective working relationships with both your team and external client team
