Bel UK - Customer Service Advisor
Part Time – 15 hours Per Week
Thursday & Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
£16,000 PRO RATA

The role will require you to develop a sound understanding of the product and services and to embrace Bel’s brand values. Ideal person will be passionate about offering great consumer experience and able to easily build rapport with consumers.

You will be responding to consumer enquires via email, white mail and phone for Bel UK Brands including; Mini Babybel, Leerdammer, Boursin, Port Salut and The Laughing Cow.

You will work collaboratively with customers to resolve these enquiries in a skilful and professional manner ensuring a timely resolution. You will be required to meet CPM's quality standards in all aspects of the role.

Note: You will also be required to train to a basic level on 2 other campaigns to support the shared service brands
What we are looking for:
• Be able to prioritise workload with minimum supervision
• Good communication and listening skills together with the ability to liaise with other departments
• Good keyboard skills and computer literacy with a basic knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Clear legible writing with good grammar skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to retain and apply knowledge in various ways
• Experience in a food industry combined with a love of all things food desirable
• Knowledge of written and spoken French an advantage but not essential
