Do you have a natural desire to lead from the front always wanting to go above and beyond for your customer and your peers? Green Star Energy are seeking 6 dedicated Senior Customer Service Communicators to work Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. You will enjoy a salary of £17,250 PA.

What will I be doing?
As a Senior team member, your day to day contact centre based responsibilities will increase to support not only key functions such as floor walking, escalations and supporting your line manager with key supervisory tasks (whilst still delivering a percentage of time against the core inbound role), but you will also become a ‘Subject Matter Expert’. Each SME will focus on an area such as home moves or metering with objectives aligned to the Green Star goal of delivering a world class customer experience.
This is a great opportunity to progress and gain exposure across the wider business. It is also the key platform to support progression in to more senior roles such as Team Leader, Training and Quality.

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
