Are you passionate about Cars? We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Service Advisors to join our successful team to work on behalf of a leading automotive brand based in our Contact Centre in Thame.

This is a full time, permanent job, paying 16,000 per annum plus bonus.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for someone who can embrace and promote these leading automotive brands, taking pride in their work so that customers receive a world class customer experience. The role will involve taking inbound calls and making outbound calls as well as web chat interactions with the customers.

The key to both your and our success is to put our clients and their customers at the heart of the service we provide.
Full training will be provided, so all you need is the passion and desire to be successful, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and a willingness to learn.

You would enjoy this role if:

•You have great customer service skills combined with the ability to really understand the needs of the customer
•Have a confident and enthusiastic manner when dealing with customers
•Have good communication and listening skills
•Have a professional outlook and are confident with a ‘can do’ attitude

• Like being busy and are able to prioritise and manage your work load, using your own initiative.
•Have good keyboard skills and computer literacy and pay attention to detail
• are adaptable and not phased by change, as we are always adding new contact methods such as web chat and Social media.

In return we will offer the Customer Service Advisor:

•Salary of £16,000 + £2,000 performance related bonus
•37.5 hours per week permanent work
•Shifts working Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 7pm on a rota basis. There may be times cover is required until 10pm if there is absence within the Evening & Weekend team.
