CPM Contact Centre - Thame

Hours of work between:
Monday – Saturday (5 days per week) – 8am – 6pm (on a rota basis)

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new Team Manager to join our business based here in Thame!

As our new Team Manager on an exciting new campaign for CPM you will be responsible for managing a brand new team of Customer Care Advisors for this well know brand. You will be responsible for the motivation, coaching, mentoring and development of a team of customer service professionals to deliver an exceptional customer experience through telephone contacts, emails, social media and web chat. By identifying skills gaps for individuals and the team, you will take the required action to ensure the team deliver and exceed against target.

You will be extremely focused with the ability to keep the bigger picture in sight whilst still dealing with the day to day detail and can multi task and prioritise your work load.

You will have the full responsibility for ensuring achievement of all service levels through the performance of the team and ensuring the team is always highly motivated. Development, nurturing and coaching talent to support your team to be their best is a pivotal part of this role and to maintain the appropriate environment to meet client and business objectives.

You would enjoy this role if:

•Proven track record of leading and management of people is essential and preferably in FMCG
•Contact Centre experience
•Experience of working in a customer focused environment
•The ability to effectively motivate and performance manage teams in a fast paced environment
•Experience of implementing coaching and developmental strategies

Desirable:
•Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective relationships at a variety of levels both within the team and with the client and customers
•Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
•Excellent communication, planning and organisation skills
•Computer literate at intermediate level with a good knowledge of ‘Office’ applications
•Evidence that you can perform under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour


We offer:

•Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
•37.5 hours per week permanent contracts
•Shifts Monday to Saturday (5 days per week) – 8am – 6pm (on a rota basis)
