What will you be doing?
We are currently recruiting a brand-new team of Customer Care Advisors who will work as part of an expanding team on behalf of a leading UK based E-Commerce business, who care deeply about the environment. Brand is everything for these market leaders and we want our Advisors to passionately reflect this.
You will be required to answer all contacts through phone, email, live chat and social media from new and existing customers in a consistent, high quality manner ensuring that you are hitting all targets and metrics set by CPM and the Client you are working on behalf of.

• Salary: £17,500 PA
• 22 Days holiday +bank holidays (increasing 1 Day a year capped at 31)
• Monday – Saturday (5 days per week on a rota basis) with shifts between 8am – 5pm
• 37.5 hours per week

You would enjoy this role if you have:
• Experience of working in a fast-based customer focused environment
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written
• The ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls
• Passion for exceptional customer service
• Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
• A professional outlook, self-confident with a ‘can do’ attitude
• A strong team work ethic and a working knowledge of excel and Microsoft word
• Previous experience in handling contacts via Social Media – desirable
