Seeking an experienced Project Manager to work in our Thame based Contact Centre - advance your career working with our prestigious client portfolio. Competitive salary/package offered.

The role:
The Project Manager will support the business in delivering new business implementation within our Contact Centre in Thame.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Project Manager is responsible for managing all workstreams, building relationships with key stakeholders, managing risks, resolving issues and ensure we deliver the project on time and under budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for building and implementing a robust governance structure to further support the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
Successfully define and execute the project to agreed schedule, budget and scope.
Create and deliver project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identify resources within the business and assign appropriate workstream leads.
Manage projects to Time, Cost and Quality metrics.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
Works closely with relevant stakeholders & workstream leads to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project.
Communicate at all levels to facilitate effective project delivery.
Submits project status reports to stakeholders, client and senior management.
Manages Risks and Issues effectively.
Plans implementation of software/services/policies and processes
Anticipates and reacts to change with the ability to course correct quickly.
Implementation and follow through of a robust governance structure.
Ensures project is delivered successfully by regular lessons learned reviews

Essential experience:
5+ years of demonstrable Project Management experience with suitable qualifications
Experience in leading similar transition/implementation projects previously
Knowledge of PCI DS
Compliance, Contact Centres and Outsourcing
