Based in Didsbury you could earn £22,000 PA (plus performance bonus) Hours of Work - 37.5 hours Monday – Friday shifts between 5.00am and 7.00pm

The Training Administrator role supports our Bentley Retailer Academy training function. You will be responsible for communicating with participants and assisting in the smooth delivery of training courses across the globe.
In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.
Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are well communicated, well attended, tracked and run smoothly.
The role will involve travel to visit retailers and /or support Bentley events.
The three Key Areas will be:-
1. Retailer Academy deliver multiple events per year to support with product launch activities. These events are delivered across the globe, we require pre-event support to ensure retailers have completed all required actions before they attend the event.
2. Retailer Academy offer a range of curriculum courses for technical and non-technical roles globally. Support required to ensure delegates complete all pre and post training requirements to ensure global training standards are achieved.
3. The priority for 2019 is the provision of outbound call services to drive completion standards of courses and events
• Liaise directly with our Retailer Academy Operations team
• Participate in weekly calls with Retailer Academy senior management team
• Training Administrator to work within the Retailer Academy office for two days per week in the short term to learn the processes/procedures/systems/standards
• Acting as a first port of call for all Academy queries and routing these to the right point in Academy or Bentley
• Complete support calls prior to event e.g. if a delegate hasn’t registered their flight information or other unique calls required to deal with queries
• Handle queries relating to curriculum courses, pre-requisites etc
• Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)

General experience & Knowledge
• Ability to manage a multitude of, tasks, processes and priorities to achieve all agreed objectives and deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focused approach to meet requirements of internal and external customers alike.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in line with business needs
• Previous experience with a luxury brand – highly desirable
• Proven experience as a Training Administrator or similar role
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems
• Data analysis
• Language skills (English or bi-lingual Mandarin & English. Written & Oral in both languages should be excellent.
• Outbound call operative experience (core)

• Full UK driving licence
