We have an exciting opportunity for Outbound Communicators to join our contact centre team based in Thame to provide an exceptional customer experience for our client Diageo. We offer a great package including a starting salary of £19,000 rising to £19,500 after completion of necessary training we also offer a wide range of great employee benefits.

Diageo are the world’s leading premium drinks business with an outstanding collection of international brands across spirits, wine & beer which includes brands such as Guinness, Smirnoff, Baileys & Captain Morgan’s. As an Outbound communicator you will provide a knowledgeable service in support of the licensed publican trade and their direct suppliers, in all aspects of any of the brand’s related queries or requests. You will also be supporting employees who work in the field directly with the above mentioned customers.
As an Outbound Communicator and Team Support, you will tactically support all elements on the Diageo Quality Contact centre. This will include outbound sales / marketing calls, Inbound Guinness quality calls and Administrative support as needed.

You will utilise your knowledge and skill of outbound sales / marketing to promote Diageo products in the On-Trade market and support the Route to Market teams. You will be required to handle all campaign contact types on a day to day basis as directed by the Team Leader to ensure that all key client SLA’s/ KPI’s are met.

You will update and maintain the In-house database with the relevant information about the call and check that other key data fields are correct and conduct other administrative tasks as directed by your line manager.

You would enjoy the role of Outbound Communicator if you:

•Are adaptable as you will be working across Inbound/Outbound/Administration
•Have a Confident telephone manner, including good communication and listening skills
•Are able to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls
•Have strong Admin Skills
• Have experience of Outbound Sales/Marketing Calls
•Computer literate
•Are Accurate in data capturing
•Have exceptional grammar and letter writing skills
•Have Previous experience of working within a Customer Service environment
• Maintain a professional outlook are self-confident with the ability to be a strong team player

We offer:

•Salary: £19,000 - £19,500
•22 Days holiday +bank holidays (increasing 1 Day a year capped at 31)
•Monday – Friday with shifts between 8am – 6pm on a rota basis. Also working 1 in 4 Weekends (with time off in Lieu during the week)
•37.5 hours per week
