We have an exciting new opportunity for a Reporting and Insight Executive to join our team based in Thame working for a well known automotive brand. Working in our contact centre reporting team you will be responsible for the day to day data management and reporting for our key clients, working closely with the wider account teams to support the day to day operation. Taking ownership of assigned workload and handling multiple work streams to meet agreed deadlines.

The ideal candidate will be a task focused deliverer with a drive for quality and excellence. You will be required to develop reports, ensuring appropriate use of a range of data sources, visualisation techniques and tools to deliver accurate and insightful reporting to key stake holders. You will be responsible for the ongoing development, delivery and optimisation of data, reporting processes and outputs. You will be required to become a resident system expert and collaborate with the relevant architects in order to meet business demand of change requests and have a deep understanding of the data, brand and client objectives. Be able to provide insight on a weekly basis and report on trends.

• You are a proactive and innovative thinker and problem solver with a can-do attitude
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You are computer literate with advance knowledge of Excel formulae and functions
• Have SQL experience-required
• You have working knowledge of creating and delivering reports from raw data sources
• You have experience of working in a customer focused environment
• You have previous experience in a reporting and or analytical role

What we offer:
Salary £25,000-£30,000k DOE
Working pattern 37.5 hours a week Monday- Friday Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
22 Days holiday +bank holidays (increasing 1 Day a year capped at 31)
