We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Care Executive to join the team working for one of our leading clients based in our Thame Contact Centre. We offer a salary of £18k-£19k depending on experience as well as fantastic employee benefits including free parking, option to buy and sell up to 5 days holiday PA and annual flexible benefits.

As a Customer Care Executive; you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through social media platforms and other communication channels ensuring quick and effective responses. Our customers are both internal and external and you will be working collaboratively with both resolving enquiries in a skillful and professional manner ensuring the best outcome.

You will work within a team with guidance from your Team Manager to ensure that all client SLA’s and KPI’s are met and will be expected to meet quality standards in all aspects of the role.

You will enjoy the Customer Care Executive role if you:
• Have excellent customer service skills, preferably obtained in a contact centre environment.
• Have a strong team work ethic
• Have Exceptional grammar and written communication skills
• Are a confident telephone manner, including good verbal communication and listening skills
• Are able to deal calmly and professionally with challenging calls
• Are accurate in data capturing

What we offer:
Salary: £18-19k DOE
22 Days holiday +bank holidays (increasing 1 Day a year capped at 31)
Monday – Friday between 8.30amand 9pm & Saturdays 8.30am-1pm on a rota basis.
37.5 hours per week
